Well, it is!

In fact, your feedback helped launch our newest product feature: the Asset Ownership Percentage. This feature allows Vyzer to present the most accurate metrics for investments you hold with others.

Before I elaborate more on this important feature, I’d like to introduce myself.

Lior Karol, Head of Product

My name is Lior Karol, and I am Vyzer’s Head of Product. Before joining Vyzer, I led products in different types of companies, from startups to corporates, mainly in the venture capital and cross-border payments industries.

At Vyzer, my job is to ensure our product, the Vyzer platform, meets the needs of our customers while delivering the best user experience. I feel privileged to have these responsibilities and to be a part of Vyzer's disruption of the wealth management sector.

I love working with the amazing people at Vyzer (who have become my second family). We all have one goal: to build the most valuable product experience for our customers!
The company itself is very product-driven, this means we focus on solving our customers' pain points, providing a great user experience (UX), and creating value-driven features.

We Listen to You to Shape a Dynamic Platform

At Vyzer, we base all our forward-looking decisions on the data we receive.
We gather quantitative & qualitative data in many ways. One of the most effective ways is to listen and talk to our customers about their pain points and how Vyzer can help solve them. We are transparent about our design plans, sharing them with our customers, and constantly gathering and implementing their feedback as we build Vyzer.

During the customer interviews we try to understand the following:

  • What are their pain points?
  • What do they need that is not currently available?
  • What are the most important tasks they need to perform?
  • What can we do to make the features that are currently available better for them?
  • What works well for them?

These conversations helped us understand the complexity of our customer’s co-investing scenarios. Our customers’ sophisticated portfolio includes everything from real estate syndications to private equity, crypto and traditional investments. These often involve co-investors working through various holding entities and bank accounts.

This understanding led us to add the Asset Ownership Percentage feature to all asset types. Adding this capability now enables you to have a more accurate view of your portfolio and net worth!

Learning more about our customers has also changed some of our priorities. For example, understanding our client’s co-investments led us to ramp up the development of our soon-to-come embedded Vyzer community. This new feature will help our customers leverage their co-investing and increase their wealth. (In the meantime, our community communicates through a secure and dedicated Vyzer Discord server.)

Previous Product Feature Releases

The Asset Ownership Percentage feature is the latest in a series of platform upgrades that include:

  • New Onboarding Experience: We built a new onboarding experience that shortens our new customers’ time to value, guides them to their “aha moment”, and helps them set up their account faster.
  • Magic Box: A place where customers can simply upload their financial documents for automatic conversion into assets/liabilities.
  • Cash flow page UX improvements: The cash flow page helps our customers to track their investments’ cash flow. This allows our customers to predict how much money will be available for them in any given month in the future.

Stay tuned for product upgrades in the brokerage accounts and private company sectors. We are also improving our transaction suggestion algorithm, adding robust reporting and filtering options, and much, much more.
